On Wednesdays, Rare does something different. We make burgers.
Four burgers built for one day a week and nowhere else on the menu. Crisp, caramelised edges, melting cheese, that messy first bite you think about for the rest of the week. Each comes with skin-on or sweet potato fries and a cold pint of Guinness or Estrella Galicia. Save room, or don't, for a warm Skillet Cookie or Whipped Burnt Cheesecake.
A midweek ritual made for good company, a proper pint, and lingering just a little longer than planned.
